500 g flour )
500 g margarine ) for dough
500g curd )
Nutella - nutmeg
Cheese, KetchUp, Oregano, Salt
Prepare ingredients for the dough.
Knead ingredients with hands and form a dough.
Roll out the dough - 3 mm thick - cut into squares or rectangles.
Put small heaps of jam (I used my home made red currant jam) on the cutted dough pieces. Then fold the pieces to rectangles or triangles.
Now place the folded pieces on a greased backplate.
Back them for about 15 minutes until they are getting slightly brown. (oven:150 degrees C).
After backing take them off, put them on a plate and sprinkle them with powder sugar.
Or use Nutella instaed of jam:
I left the Nutella ones without sugar.
For the piquant parts add about 1/2 teespoon of salt to the dough, knead it well, roll it out.
Spread the dough with Ketchup and Oregano.
Now grate the chease over it. Then cut the dough into rectangles and place these on a greased bbackplate, back them also for about 15 minutes (oven: 150 degrees C).
From one dough you will get 3 different tasty pieces.
