Jeans Stars, 13 x 13 cm
Material for 1 star:
- Jeans fabric, 15 x 25 cm, (I used old jeans)
- Interfacing, 15 x 15 cm
- Polyester thread, blue and red
- Acrylic stones
- Twin needle
Instruction:
Prepare the stencil. (I used the left star).
Iron the jeans fabric. Then draw the star on the jeans fabric.
Iron on the interfacing and put another layer of jeans fabric underneath.
Now make a seam (blue) around the drawing --> foto.
For the red seam use the twin needle. Be careful when sewing the edges - you have to lift the needle, turn the star a little bit and continue sewing. On backside you will have a nice zigzag line.
Cut out the star with zigzag scissors and sew on an acrylic stone on both sides. Make a few stars for your Christmas Tree.
