Ingredients:- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g ground nuts
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 ml milk
- 160 ml oil
- 100 g dark chocolate
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate well in the food processor.Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the dough, mix all carefully. Fill the dough into muffin baking cups. Bake the muffins 20 - 25 minutes at 175 degree convection.
(Instead of nuts you can use cocos flakes or fruits,...)
Zutaten:- 300 g Mehl
- 100 g Zucker
- 50 g gemahlene Nüsse
- 1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
- 1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
- 1 Ei
- 250 ml Milch
- 160 ml Öl
- 100 g dunkle Schokolade
ASlle Zutaten außer der Schokolade in der Küchenmaschine gut mixen. Die Schokolade in kleine Stückchen schneiden, zum Teig geben und nochmals vorsichtig mixen. Den Teig in Muffin Förmchen füllen. 20 - 25 Minuten bei 175 Grad Umluft backen.
(Statt Nüsse kann man auch Kokosflocken oder Früchte,...nehmen)
